Tiger Shroff and Krishna Shroff expand their Matrix fitness ecosystem with a 10,000 sq ft Mumbai wellness centre focused on recovery, movement and holistic care.

Tiger and Krishna Shroff Open 10,000 Sq Ft Matrix Wellness

Bollywood’s most visible fitness family is betting that the next big gains happen after the workout. Tiger Shroff and Krishna Shroff have launched Matrix Wellness, a new Mumbai centre built around recovery therapies, movement and holistic wellbeing. Announced on October 12, 2026, the space joins their existing MMA Matrix Gym Mumbai and Matrix Fight Night under the Matrix brand.

What’s inside the new centre

Matrix Wellness is aimed at more than competitive athletes. The centre brings together a broad menu of therapies and training methods, from muscle recovery to daily stress relief:

  • Cold plunge, cryotherapy and sauna sessions
  • Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) and Pulsed Electromagnetic Field therapy (PEMF)
  • Red light therapy and IV therapies
  • Compression therapy, sports massage and dry flotation
  • Lagree, a high-intensity, low-impact training method that originated in the United States

The company positions the space for fitness enthusiasts, working professionals and anyone trying to make recovery a regular habit rather than an afterthought.

Recovery as the other half of training

Tiger Shroff framed the launch around a philosophy the Matrix brand has carried from its gyms into wellness. “With Matrix Wellness, we wanted to build on what we have always believed at Matrix: that fitness is not just about training, but also about how you recover, move and take care of yourself,” he said.

The logic is familiar to athletes: training creates stress, and recovery is where the body adapts and improves. Tools such as cryotherapy, compression therapy and cold plunges have become common in performance settings, and the Shroffs are packaging them into one address for a broader Mumbai audience.

A growing Matrix ecosystem

The launch expands the brand beyond fight nights and gym floors. The company says the ecosystem now spans a combined 10,000 sq ft across MMA Matrix Gym Mumbai and Matrix Wellness. Krishna Shroff described the move as “a natural evolution of everything we’ve been building with Matrix,” adding that the aim was to make wellness accessible, effortless and part of everyday life.

That gives Matrix three distinct entry points: training for fitness, fight nights for combat sports, and now recovery and holistic care. It also turns the siblings’ known discipline and fitness-first image into a physical space fans can visit.

Why it matters for fans

Wellness has moved out of the spa and into everyday performance culture. For followers who watch Tiger Shroff’s training and martial arts content, the new centre makes recovery tools visible and approachable rather than something reserved for elite athletes. For a generation that tracks sleep, strain and recovery on wearables, a physical centre with these therapies fits how fitness is now consumed. The launch signals that the Shroffs are betting on lifestyle habits, not just workout intensity, as the longer-term side of the fitness business.
