Shah Rukh Khan has been urged to sue Sameer Wankhede

Is Shah Rukh Khan going to have to break his spooky quiet at long last? Is his legal team planning a retaliation? The bail decision that released Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan from detention on October 28 following nearly a month in custody makes it apparent that Aryan’s arrest was without merit.

According to the Mumbai High Court’s bail ruling,  “There is hardly any positive evidence on record to convince this Court that all the accused persons with common intention agreed to commit unlawful act… Merely because Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant, and Munmun Dhamecha were travelling in the same cruise, that by itself cannot be a foundation for the charge of conspiracy against them.”

So, how was Aryan taken into custody? This really is the question that the legal team will put to Samir Wankhede, the Narcotics Control Bureau’s chief policeman who orchestrated the arrest of Aryan and his companions.

According to a close ally of the Khans, the empire may retaliate sooner rather than later. ” has been forcefully persuaded to take punitive legal proceedings towards those who imprisoned Aryan. So, certainly, there are going to be some unexpected developments in the case,” the buddy says, refusing to reveal any further specifics.
