A debut director with a proven writing record
Hello Dear marks the directorial debut of Dinoy Paulose, a familiar name in Malayalam cinema as both writer and actor. He was one of the co-writers of Thanneer Mathan Dinangal, the 2019 coming-of-age comedy that became a major commercial success and connected strongly with younger audiences.
Paulose has also been associated with Pathrosinte Padappukal and Visudha Mejo, where he served as writer and actor. Now he gets to shape a film from behind the camera, moving from writing individual scenes to running the entire production.
