The long wait is over—BTS’ RM and V have officially completed their military service as of June 10, 2025. The moment was celebrated not just by fans but also by fellow soldiers. V, who served in the elite Special Duty Team (SDT), received a deeply emotional farewell from his unit that quickly became the talk of the internet. A viral video shows SDT members forming a half-circle, arms linked, chanting and bowing together in a symbolic, powerful show of unity and respect.
Later that day, RM and V appeared at the Sports Park in Sinbuk-eup, Chuncheon, where they were greeted by an ecstatic ARMY. RM, known for his playful charm, brought along his iconic saxophone, adding nostalgia and joy to the celebration. V, visibly moved, looked strong and confident as he waved at fans and accepted flowers.
