83 movie producer defines the legal snafu surrounding the upcoming movie

A UAE-based finance business has filed a court petition in Mumbai demanding judicial intervention against Vibri Media, the makers of the soon-to-be-released Bollywood 83 movie, alleging conspiracy, defrauding, as well as conspiring to drain funds from this to create the movie. Now, a Vibri Media official has released a response, disputing the complaint’s assertions and then being linked to the matter.

“In light of continuous allegations of a legal complaint being brought against the producers of the upcoming film 83, we would really like to dispute the complainant’s accusations and explain that the producers of ’83 are unaffiliated with the matter. Future Resources FZE has filed a fraudulent, unjustified, and motivated complaint against the creators of the movie 83 “Read the explanation.

“Future Resources FZE is indeed a minority stakeholder in Vibri Media, and there have been internal issues pending in several courts between both the proprietors of Vibri Media Pvt Ltd and the complainant. The Hon’ble Telangana High Court has barred the complaint Future Resources FZE from interfering in any way well with film 83. This move by the complainant prior towards the release of the movie is motivated, a publicity stunt, as well as constitutes contempt of court, about which Vibri Media Pvt Ltd is seeking legal recourse “it continued to say.

“The movie 83 as well as its producers are unconcerned about this, as well as they reserve the right to take necessary legal action against Future Resources FZE,” the statement said.
