Bigg Boss 20 Kaashvi Apologises After Love Gill Row
Kaashvi Hiranandani walks back her Weekend Ka Vaar comments after fans say Love Gill was blamed for ScoutOP's actions.

The Weekend Ka Vaar moment
Kaashvi Hiranandani has issued an apology after a Bigg Boss 20 segment that was meant to be about accountability turned into an argument about blame. She appeared on Weekend Ka Vaar, hosted by Rohit Shetty, to speak with ScoutOP, whose real name is Tanmay Singh, about his closeness with housemate Love Gill.
In a line that travelled quickly online, Kaashvi asked Scout, “How is the massage parlour going, Tanmay?” The remark pointed to moments in the house where he had massaged Love’s feet, hands and neck. She went on to say that Love had trapped Scout, telling him, “Usne aapko phasaya hai aur aap phas gaye.”
Kaashvi said the bond had made people close to her uncomfortable. But many viewers argued the criticism put responsibility on Love for Scout’s choices, and the pushback was sharp.
What her apology actually says
In an Instagram story, Kaashvi explained that she had wanted to question Scout about his behaviour and hold him accountable. She accepted that some words crossed a line.
She wrote that it was not her place to pass judgement on someone else’s character, adding, “I should have known better.” She also said she never intended to send hate toward another woman or encourage anyone to target Love, and that she understood her words carry weight.
She pointed to online commentary as a factor, saying posts about Love knowing what she was doing and it being a strategy clouded her emotions during the confrontation. But she stopped short of using that as an excuse for how she spoke.
Love Gill’s team had already responded
Before Kaashvi’s apology, Love Gill’s team issued a statement defending her. It said Love has always seen Scout as a brother and questioned why she was being blamed for his feelings.
The statement called the reaction a “toxic double standard” and said Love “deserved empathy, not cruelty.” That point echoes what many fans had been saying in the hours before Kaashvi posted her own note.
- Kaashvi moved from accusing Love of trapping Scout to saying it was not her place to judge Love’s intentions.
- Viewers redirected the debate, saying a woman should not be blamed for a man’s actions.
- Love Gill’s team framed the response as a double standard and asked for empathy instead of cruelty.
Why this matters for Bigg Boss 20 viewers
Reality TV conflict changes once it reaches social media. The difference between holding a partner accountable and criticising another person is exactly where this story turned. That line matters every time a contestant’s personal life becomes a talking point online.
Kaashvi’s apology may not close the debate, but it changes the terms. The next episodes will show how ScoutOP, Love and Kaashvi navigate the attention — and whether the conversation shifts back to behaviour inside the house.
