Tiger Shroff Escapes Unhurt After 3 Rounds Fired in Juhu

Tiger Shroff escaped unhurt after three rounds were fired near his car in Juhu, as the Lawrence Bishnoi gang claimed another attack on film people.

3 Rounds Fired at Tiger Shroff in Juhu

Tiger Shroff had just left a private event in Juhu on the evening of October 18, 2026, when three men on a motorcycle pulled up beside his car near Pushpa Park and opened fire. Three rounds were fired. Shroff was unhurt, but his driver Firdaus suffered a hand injury and another occupant, Chauhan, was also hurt. One eyewitness said people first assumed the sound was Diwali firecrackers.

The Lawrence Bishnoi gang has claimed the attack. Police said the shooters rode up, fired and sped off. Actor Karan Veer Mehra, who was driving behind Shroff, later said children were nearby. Police have detained a suspect and are scanning CCTV footage. An audio clip, in which a man claiming to speak for the gang owns the firing, reportedly mentions Salman Khan; police have not confirmed the clip. Some eyewitness accounts are still being reconciled with the police version.

Why this matters for Bollywood

This was not a random street crime. It is the newest entry in a long line of shootings and threats aimed at film and music stars, many of them tied to the Lawrence Bishnoi network. The gang’s grudge against Salman Khan goes back to a 1998 blackbuck case, and it has repeatedly targeted people seen as close to him.

The pattern is hard to ignore:

  • April 2024: Five rounds were fired outside Salman Khan’s Galaxy Apartments home in Bandra while he was inside with his family.
  • September 2025: Shots were fired at Disha Patani’s family home in Bareilly; her parents and sister were inside. Gangster Goldy Brar claimed it.
  • February 2026: Five bullets struck Rohit Shetty’s Juhu home, Shetty Towers, around 12:45 am. The gang called it a "small trailer".
  • Other targets: Guru Randhawa’s gym, Kapil Sharma’s Canada cafe and AP Dhillon’s Vancouver Island home were all attacked.

The deeper history is even darker. T-Series founder Gulshan Kumar was shot 16 times outside a temple in 1997. Filmmaker Rakesh Roshan was shot in Santacruz in January 2000, a week after Kaho Naa Pyaar Hai released. Punjabi star Sidhu Moose Wala was murdered in 2022. Former Maharashtra minister Baba Siddique, a close friend of Salman Khan, was shot dead in Bandra in October 2024. Gippy Grewal’s Vancouver home was shot at in November 2023, an early sign that distance was not a shield.

What changes now

The immediate work is investigative: a suspect is in custody, CCTV footage is being examined, and the unconfirmed audio clip is part of the inquiry. A film workers’ association has demanded accountability, and the shooting has reopened questions about security at public events and private functions in Mumbai.

Shroff walked away unhurt, but the industry is reading the moment carefully. In a business where stars are brands, a security scare quickly becomes a wider concern, affecting film promotions, event appearances and how freely celebrities can move through the city.
