Drishyam The Conclusion Collects Rs 5 Crore On Third Saturday
Ajay Devgn's thriller jumps 65% on third Saturday to reach Rs 329 crore nett; trade expects a Rs 350 crore final as the franchise faces an audience ceiling.

Drishyam: The Conclusion added Rs 5 crore nett in India on its third Saturday, climbing 65 per cent over the previous day. That takes the domestic cume to Rs 329 crore nett, according to trade estimates shared by Pinkvilla.
The Abhishek Pathak-directed thriller, led by Ajay Devgn, Jaideep Ahlawat, Shriya Saran, Prakash Raj and Ishita Dutta, is projected to finish its third weekend between Rs 13 crore and Rs 15 crore. With that pace, a lifetime total around Rs 350 crore is still possible, though the next few weekdays will decide how close it gets.
The third-weekend scoreboard
The third Saturday number drove the weekend upward after a slower Friday. Here is where the film stands:
- Third Saturday: Rs 5 crore nett, a 65 per cent rise from Friday
- Third weekend projection: Rs 13 crore to Rs 15 crore nett
- India running total: Rs 329 crore nett
- Expected lifetime finish: about Rs 350 crore nett
These are trade figures, not final certified numbers, so they may move as actuals come in.
Why the film is slowing after a giant start
The opening week made a run at Rs 400 crore look possible. That target is now gone. Trade observers put it down to the franchise itself: Drishyam is a continuing story, so part three has a natural ceiling on how many people will turn up. Footfalls are likely to land near the 1.50 crore mark, very similar to Drishyam 2.
The first week was also supercharged by holiday timing and higher ticket prices. When the rates normalised in the second week, the fall looked more dramatic than it actually was. In simple terms, the film is more front-loaded than rejected: the audience did not vanish, it simply bought tickets earlier and at higher prices.
What to watch next
The Monday hold after the third weekend is the clearest signal. A stable weekday trend would lock the lifetime number close to Rs 350 crore. A sharper dip would leave it a little below that, but it would still be a major blockbuster.
For fans, the third weekend is a useful checkpoint: the film is still drawing crowds in cinemas, but it is no longer the record-chasing event the first week suggested. That is less about weakness and more about the size and nature of a continuing franchise.
