Raksha Bandhan is one of the special days of the year and is dedicated to the precious bond between a brother and sister. Having said that, actress Kangana Ranaut who’s currently shooting for Tejas celebrated the auspicious festival with her brother Akshit on the sets of ‘Tejas’.
Sharing a string of pictures from today’s celebration, the Queen actress penned a heartwarming note on her Instagram handle which read, “Rakshabandhan celebrations at Tejas shoot…. You can be the most powerful woman yet love your brother for being protective, sincere, and supportive. You might have everything and yet look forward to open Rakhi presents your Bhaiya and Bhabhi bought you from their hard-earned money…. It does not make you any less a feminist…. Rakshabandhan ki shubhkamnaen.”
For the uninitiated, Kangana has recently wrapped up shooting for her upcoming spy-thriller film, ‘Dhaakad’. Sharing pictures on her social media handle, the actress thanked her team for the constant support. Quoting the legendary poet, Ghalib, she wrote, “Mohabbat mein nahi hai farak jeene aur marne ka, usi ko dekh kar jeete hain jis kafir pe dum nikle.”
In ‘Dhaakad’ Kangana will be seen playing the role of an officer named Agent Agni. The film also stars Arjun Rampal and Divya Dutt in prominent roles.
Apart from ‘Dhaakad’, she also has Thalaivi, Tejas, and Manikarnika Returns: The Legend Of Didda in her kitty.
