Yuvarathnaa: All you need to know about this Kannada action drama movie

Santhosh Ananddram wrote and directed Yuvarathnaa, a Kannada-language action dramatic movie released in India in 2021. Puneeth Rajkumar, Sayyeshaa, Dhananjay, Prakash Raj, Diganth, as well as Sai Kumar appear in the movie, which is produced by Vijay Kiragandur underneath the label Hombale Films. S. Thaman created the movie’s music, while Venkatesh Anguraj and Jnaneesh B Matad handled photography and editing, respectively. The Kannada and Telugu dubbed versions of the movie were released on April 1, 2021.

Due to the commercialization of the education system and political factors, RK University, a prestigious college, is already on the verge of collapsing. The protagonist helps the college principal in his struggle against privatisation. The rest of the novel follows their efforts, as well as the protagonist’s identification, is revealed.

On December 12, 2018, the movie was officially launched in front of its crew and cast. The movie’s primary filming began on February 14, 2019, in Dharwad, and was completed in just six days. The movie’s second schedule began in late February at Maharaja’s College in Mysore. On March 22nd, the movie’s third schedule began. Raghavendra Rajkumar, Puneeth’s older brother, paid a visit to the sets during the intermediary schedule on April 8, 2019.

In June 2019, the crew started the fifth schedule of shoots in Dharwad after such a long hiatus.

According to reports, the crew may begin filming the song before November 2019. Santhosh Ananddram tweeted on February 1, 2020, about just the Jani Master-choreographed music shoot. According to reports, two tracks will be filmed in Europe between late February and early March 2020. Despite a coronavirus concern, the producers chose to film the tracks in Austria and Slovenia.

The creators had to cancel international shoots because to the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as the movie’s production has been further hampered by pandemic-related regulations.

Puneeth Rajkumar as well as his colleagues continued the last schedule for two songs in India on September 26, 2020. The production of the movie was completed on October 12, 2020, according to the crew.

S. Thaman, who collaborated alongside Puneeth Rajkumar in Power (2014) and Chakravyuha (2015), wrote the movie’s soundtrack (2016). Mr and Mrs Ramachari (2014), as well as Raajakumara (2015), were Thaman’s first collaborations alongside Santhosh Ananddram, who replaced his frequent partner V. Harikrishna (2017).

Owing to COVID-19 limitations in Karnataka, the movie, together with its dubbed version, was made publicly available to watch a week later on 9 April 2021 through Amazon Prime Video.
