Since the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020 actor, Sonu Sood has worked continuously to help affected people. During the first lockdown, the good samaritan helped migrant workers to reach their homes from different parts of the country.
Amidst the surge of cases in the second wave, Sonu Sood arranged medical care for the people suffering from Covid-19. This includes bed, oxygen cylinders, and concentrators, apart from other essential items. Detailing his experiences around the pandemic, Sood wrote a book titled ‘I Am No Messiah’.
Sonu Sood recently took to his social media handle and surprised his fans yet again. After winning hearts with his act of kindness, now Sonu is making people smile with his new video. He starts by saying that even if malls are closed, an important supermarket is open. He then gives details of everything he is carrying for the customers – from eggs to bread. He also said that ‘Sonu Sood Ki Supermarket ekdum hit hai boss’ and rushed off saying he has to do the deliveries.
On his bicycle, the actor can be seen selling eggs and bread and other grocery stuff to the people waiting for this supermarket on wheels. Right at the end of the video, Sonu Sood can be heard saying, “delivery ke extra charges hain boss”. He captioned the video as “Free home delivery. 1 bread free with every 10 eggs #supermarket #supportsmallbusiness.”
It appears that the actor is spreading help awareness about small scale business and has extended his support to it. A lot of small scale businesses have shut down or facing crisis in recent times. Sonu Sood is trying his level best to encourage his fans and followers to support them.
