Suman Ranganathan is indeed an Indian actress and model who already has appeared in Bollywood movies and therefore is recognised in Tamil and Kannada cinema as Suman Ranganathan. She occasionally features on item numbers and does all the modelling as well.
Ranganathan was also a member of a Mr India World 2007 judging panel. She made her Kannada cinema breakthrough within award-winning Santa Shishinala Shareefa, wherein she portrayed the spouse of Sridhar’s character Shareefa. She received a lot of praise for the performance within this tiny part. She received her first big break when Shankar Nag, a Kannada celebrity at the time, cast actress in their directorial debut film C.B.I Shankar, in which he also starred. For some time, Ranganathan began dating Bollywood Lead Actor Rahul Roy. She became totally immersed within the Kannada industry after that amount of time. She returned to the Tamil film business after a lengthy absence with the film Arrambam (2013). Suman makes an almost 18-year return to Tamil in this film, playing a hard journalist.
