Varun Dhawan is collaborating with Kriti Sanon once again in the film “Bhediya”. The major part of the horror-comedy has been shot in the highlands and jungles of Arunachal Pradesh. Varun Dhawan expressed his gratitude to the cast and crew of the film on social media. The actor appreciated them for their support despite the challenging conditions in Arunachal Pradesh.
The shooting of films was halted due to COVID-19 related restrictions. Varun Dhawan is now set to restart the shooting process Bhediya on June 26 in Mumbai. The actor will be following all the COVID safety measures during the shoot of his film. Action and VFX teams from the US, UK, and South Africa are set to collaborate in delivering a power-packed cinematic experience. The VFX team is ensuring that the visual effects are unique.
While most of the shooting has been concluded in Arunachal Pradesh, there is still a lot to be done. Varun and the rest of the cast and crew of “Bhedia” will reunite in Mumbai for the movie’s last phase. Reportedly, it will be a quick shoot before the wrap-up of the movie. The film “Bhediya” is expected to be released in theatres on April 14, 2022.
In the meantime, Varun Dhawan is enjoying the Mumbai rains. He had shared a picture of himself getting drenched during the downpour in the city. The actor is remembering Mumbai monsoons in his childhood days.
