Kareena Kapoor working hard to lose weight after pregnancy

Mumbai:  Bollywood actress Kareena Kapoor Khan is a fitness freak. She has geared up once again to reduce her post pregnancy weight these days. 

Kareena has shared some of her videos in Instagram stories, in which she is seen doing workouts to reduce the weight gained after pregnancy. Bebo is seen exercising in a black sports bra and track pants and fitness trainer Siddharth Singh is seen monitoring her workout online.


Sharing the video, Kareena wrote in the caption, “I am reaching that side again with my trainer. In this video, Kareena has also got a small glimpse of the new house. Kareena is seen working out on the terrace of her Bandra home in Mumbai. Let us tell you that Kareena became a mother again on February 21 this year. She had given birth to a son. After the birth of the son, Kareena-Saif has not yet shown his face on social media. Recently, his name was definitely revealed. Kareena-Saif have named their second son Jeh Ali Khan.

Before this, Kareena became a mother for the first time in 2016.

After the birth of Taimur, Kareena worked on her fitness again and she appeared in the film ‘Veere Di Wedding’ by getting a slim trim body. Even after getting pregnant for the second time, Kareena did not take a break from work for a long time. 

She had completed the shooting of Aamir Khan’s film Lal Singh Chaddha. She was also busy shooting for her radio chat show till the last time of pregnancy. After delivery, Kareena has not returned to work yet.
