Actress Kangana Ranaut is known for speaking out her mind. She has been slamming nepotism in Bollywood on social media. And now, the controversy queen has been suspended after a series of tweets. As per reports from a website, Kangana has recently posted messages against the regulation guidelines on Twitter.
She has mentioned several messages on the alleged violence that took place in West Bengal after assembly election results were declared recently. It seems that Kangana has demanded the president’s rule in the state after Mamata Banerjee led TMC won.
After being suspended from Twitter, Kangana Ranaut posted a video on Instagram and stated, ‘Distressed, beyond words, death of democracy’. she also added hashtags ‘Bengal Burning’ and ‘Bengal Violence’.
Earlier, a Twitter spokeperson revealed that Kangana’s tweet was in violation of the platform’s Abusive Behaviour Policy, which Prohibits ‘Targeted harassment of someone, or people to do so. “We prohibit content that wishes, hopes or expresses a desire for death, serious bodily harm against an individual or group of people and take enforcement action when we identify violations which could include placing an account in read-only mode,”
On the work front, Kangana Ranaut is currently for her most anticipated film, ‘Thalaivi’, which is a biopic of late Tamil Nadu chief minister J Jayalalithaa. The movie will be theatrical release slated on April 23. Apart from this, Kangana has won four National Awards, for her brilliant performance in Fashion, Queen, Tanu Weds Manu and Manikarnika.
