‘Indian Idol’ makers were very much honored to celebrate 60 years of the veteran actors Dharmendra and Asha Parekh in the cinematic world. This weekend there will be a surprise for the fans and the audience of Indian Idol when they get to watch their favorite and the most loved couple on the sets of Sony Entertainment Television Indian Idol. To celebrate the journey of the most popular actors in the film industry, Indian Idol called for 60kg sweets on the sets and distributed that among the audience. Dharmendra and Asha Parekh will be seen spending a gala time on the sets and further will been seen sharing an anecdote about their career, personal life, and many more amazing stories. Both the actors have shared screen space in the movie such as Batwara, Samadhi, Aaye Din Bahar ke, and many more.
Post the performance of Ashish and Sayali on the song on Kal Ki Haseen and O Haseena Zulfon Waali which they had dedicated to the legendary jodi which was applauded by everyone present and followed by a standing ovation. In which Dharmendra said, I really enjoyed your performance which was full of energy quotient and entertainment. Further, Asha Parekh added, It was an outstanding performance which made me enthralled me.
Later, On the request of our host and dost Aditya Narayan, Dharmendra and Asha Parekh recreated their most loved song till date “Suno Sajna Papihe Ne”which made every one nostalgic on the sets which later got a shout out from every one present. Jai Bhanusahli requested Asha Parekh to come on the stage and dance with her and he agreed later he also requested Dharam to join them.
