As per the Houston Chronicle, a “mass casualty” incident was proclaimed on November 5 at 9:38 p.m., 32 minutes ever since Scott’s set started, while crowd surges allegedly began, however the show proceeded till Scott played throughout his scheduled set list as well as completed on time at 10:15 p.m.

As the scale of the first night’s deaths became clear, the festival’s second night, scheduled for Saturday, was abruptly cancelled.

On Sunday, Tyler the Creator is the featured artist.

Multiple lawsuits brought inside the aftermath of Astroworld, with at most one mentioning Drake (a surprise guest during Scott’s concert) as a co-defendant. Numerous lawsuits have been filed against Live Nation Entertainment (Astroworld’s principle producer) as well as other organisers, including one filed by Astroworld attendee Manuel Souza on Saturday in Harris County District Court, alleging that Scott, ScoreMore, as well as Live Nation have been “grossly negligent” for such “predictable as well as preventable tragedy” that left him wounded.
