Budding actor Babil Khan took to social media and revealed that he has received his degree despite dropping out of college. Son of late actor Irrfan Khan was pursuing a degree of Bachelor of Arts at the University of Westminster, London. On Wednesday, the star kid shared a photograph of the degree he has received.
In June, Babil announced in an Instagram post that he dropped out of college to pursue his acting career. Now, the soon-to-be actor has revealed that he has received his college degree despite dropping out. Sharing a picture of his Bachelor of Arts degree, he wrote, “Somehow I’ve managed to drop out and get my degree.”
Babil’s mother, Sutapa Sikdar, congratulated him for receiving the degree. Taking to the comment section, she wrote, “Blessed I feel baba wanted you to finish the course so so much… love u… Babila ‘let’s rocks jai Mata di’.”
Many of his friends also commented posted congratulatory wishes on his post.
Speaking about Babil’s acting expedition, he is all set to make his acting debut with Netflix’s Qala, co-starring Tripti Dimri. An Anvitaa Dutt directorial, the film is set to release on Netflix, bankrolled by Anushka Sharma and her brother Karnesh Sharma’s production house, Clean Slate Films.
Babul has bagged his second project even before the release of his debut project. He will be starring in Shoojit Sircar’s next.
