Suhana Khan, Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan’s adorable daughter, is scheduled to make her big screen debut in Zoya Akhtar’s The Archies. The film’s first look and teaser were revealed yesterday, and it has already taken the Internet by storm. Suhana will play Veronica, Khushi Kapoor will play Betty, and Agastya Nanda will play Archies in this Bollywood rendition of the popular comic book The Archies.
And it appears that the celebration at SRK’s Mannat is far from done, as Gauri Khan honoured her darling daughter’s debut with a ‘The Archies’ themed cake. She shared a gorgeous snapshot of the delicious-looking cake on Instagram’s stories section.
The creators noted, While releasing the first poster, “Grab your picnic baskets and pick out your cutest outfits, we’re going to greet the Archie’s gang. Presenting the cast of THE ARCHIES, a Zoya Akhtar film”. The filmmakers shared a teaser, exposing us to new characters from the film, writing, “The sun is out, the news is out! Come meet your new friends. Presenting to you the cast of The Archies, directed by the fantastic Zoya Akhtar.”
Gauri Khan had previously taken to Twitter to congratulate Suhana Khan, Agastya Nanda, and Khushi Kapoor on their first endeavour, expressing her gratitude for her daughter’s efforts. In the tweet, she said, “Congratulations… all the best to all the amazing kids and team of #TheArchies . And who better than #ZoyaAkhtar to guide them through this journey!! You did it Suhana!!!!!!!”
