This is the first time that the Legendary actor of Indian Cinema, Mr Amitabh Bachchan and the Biggest Pan-India actor Prabhas, have collaborated on a film. It is said that this humongous collaboration ‘Project K’ to cost Rs 400 Crore. Read below to know more details on it.
Nag Ashwin’s directorial film ‘Project K’ features, Telugu actor Prabhas rose to prominence in S. S. Rajamouli’s Baahubali franchise, playing Mahendra Baahubali. He later earned the moniker “pan-Indian star” after appearing in the multilingual film Saaho. It’s been believed that the actor is planning to beat Baahubali’s record by making Project K on a Rs 400 crore budget. Prabhas has taken a step forward and set a budget for Project K. As apart from him the film features Amitabh Bachchan and ‘Queen of Bollywood’, Deepika Padukone as well.
The 41-year-old performer is known for his commitment, having devoted 4-5 years of his career to SS Rajamouli’s Baahubali trilogy. Nag Ashwin is said to have committed 200 days to Amitabh Bachchan and Deepika Padukone’s Project K. Amitabh Bachchan and Deepika Padukone have also agreed to donate the majority of the film’s dates.
Amitabh Bachchan has many lined up films such as a set to release film Chehre, Jhund directed by ‘Sairat’ movie fame director Nagraj Manjule, talking about the upcoming projects Brahmastra, The Intern, Aankhen 2, Mayday, and of course Project K. While Prabhas will next be seen in Radha Krishna Kumar’s Radhe Shyam, opposite Pooja Hegde, and Om Raut’s Adipurush, starring Kriti Sanon, Saif Ali Khan, and Sunny Singh.
