Actor Ajay Devgn and producer Dil Raju are all set to collaborate for the Hindi version of the court drama remake of the Telugu, ‘Naandhi’. The film was directed by debutant Vijay Kanakamedala and produced by Satish Vegesna.

The Telugu film, ‘Naandhi’ chronicles the story of Surya Prakash who is a trial prisoner and falsely accused of murder. Ajay Devgn stated that “‘Naandhi’ is an important film, exposing certain loopholes in the administration. The original Telugu version was effective to the viewers.’ “Once we have the cast and key talent in place, I may be able to say more,” The actor also reveals that his aim is to reach out to a larger audience through this movie.
Raju also shared about his collaboration with Ajay Devgn. “‘Naandhi’ is made on a very important topic and we were keen to take this story to a larger audience. We are in the preliminary stage of the film and will soon share more details,”
The Hindi version of the film ‘Naandhi’ is produced by Ajay Devgn Ffilms, Dil Raju Productions, Kuldeep Rathore and Parag Desai’s Mumbai Talkeez.
