Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead at his apartment on June 14. He lived on the sixth floor of Mont Blanc Apartment, Joggers Park, Bandra West in Mumbai. It is a duplex flat with a hall downstairs and three bedrooms upstairs. The actor was staying in his duplex flat and used to pay Rs 4 lakh 51 thousand per month. He also paid a deposit of Rs 12,90,000. The actor was supposed to reside there till December 2022.
The actor had made a deal from December 10, 2019, to December 9, 2022. The rent was divided into three parts. It was Rs 4.30 lakh per month, for the second and third year it was Rs 4.51 lakh and Rs 4.74 lakh.
A broker from Bandra revealed that “The apartment has been put up for lease but has yet to get a tenant. The broker further stated, “Because of the pandemic, the property hasn’t received that many enquiries. The few interested buyers who have shown up have always enquired about Sushant Singh Rajput.”
Sushant’s Singh flat has an attractive interior design for people who like vibrations and the scenic view, the broker mentioned, “It is a beautiful sea view apartment and is ideal for creative minds and a good home for those who migrate to Mumbai for work. Once the pandemic ends and the world opens up to India again, we’re expecting renewed interest from ex-pats and the corporate world, too. This house attracts people who like vibrations and the scenic view.”
Sushant Singh Rajput was staying with his flatmates Rhea Chakraborty and Siddharth Pithani and helpers Neeraj and Keshav. As per the reports, the broker did reveal that some intended tenants are put off by the fact that the house was owned by the actor.
