Earlier, Aditya Chopra reported would be paying Salman Khan a mammoth figure for his 10 days cameo in ‘Pathan’. The maker of the film was of the opinion that Salman as Tiger would add value to the collections of Pathan, and due to this fact deserves to be paid for a similar. In February, Salman Khan had shot a part of his shot with Shah Rukh Khan at YRF studios in Mumbai.
After the shoot, a source reveal that Adi went to Salman to discuss about the payment structure. But Salman Khan refuse to take money from the producer.
A bystander on the set informed Bollywood Humgama about the conversation between Salman and Adi. When they discussed about the payment structure, Salman said, “Shah Rukh is like a brother. I would do anything for him,”
Adi kept insisting on Salman being paid. Salman said, “Split my fees by adding it to the budget of Pathan and Tiger,” and left from the sets of Pathan. The source reveal that Adi is planning to give a costly gift to Salman for his gesture of extended cameo. When Adi told Shah Rukh Khan about this, the actor said, “Bhai Toh Bhai Hai”.
Meanwhile, the shoots of both the movies, ‘Pathan’ and ‘Tiger’ have been halted for the time being due to the order issued by the government of Maharashtra due to the pandemic.
